That is definatly true about Windows letting you instal it and it messing everything up. My dad likes to blame all of the computer's problems on the Toolkit! When our cd-rom drive crashed...he blamed the Toolkit. Actually I'm happy it did crash...now we have a 52x instead of an...I think it was 8x =)
