Linux itself has the power to really put a dent into
Microsoft. With KDE, Gnome, Enlighenment, and the others
PLUS the fact that most support the Virtual Desktop,
they all make the Windows GUI look like, uh...crap?
Not to mention the fact of stability, which Windows
does not offer (hehe) And I also agree, Linux isn't
for the average user, but look at me! I used Windows
all the time before, learned it inside and out (almost entirely)
and I was able to get adjusted to Linux quickly,
and learned it faster than Windows, so I guess I just
made a contradiction to what I just said about agreeing,
oh well, but I really like the fact of RedHat's
RPM system, it's easy to organize your applications,
plus the Description section of it too, and not being
able to install unless certain things are installed.
A thing that Windows lacks, with this system, it's
possible to prevent SERIOUS errors, where as in
Windows, it'll let you install anyways, and ruin
the system in some cases. Well, I'm beginning to
babel, later.
