: Final Fantasy VII, Rouge Squadron, Pod Racer, Phantom Menace, and a great deal of other games were written for consoles and then ported to the PC, not the other way around, and about the 'marriage' between video games and computer games; they're on their honeymoon as we speak as the Japanese are trying out the PlayStation2 right now!
Yes, I know. I did look at that. Ahem:
"Just pick up every other issue of PCGamer to see how poorly the latest
VIDEO GAME PORT did." Or words to that effect. That's what I was talking about.
PlayStation2? Does it supposedly offer PC game style quality? If it does, that is sad, because
now we're going to see PC quality wasted on juvinielle (sp) video games. Really sad...
: PS- Video games actually is the combination of computer games and 'console' games.
Err.. Sorry, that is just simply not true. You're *not* going to tell me every single computer
game I play is: A. A video game, and therefore is B. A combination of computer games and console
games all in the same logic. That just is simply not true.
