D&C isnt really set up as a characters/enemies kinda game.
There are some evil people though and some who are revealed later...so I dont want to spoil all that...
Minion is definitely a bad guy.
So is Sir Tylis and High Commander Vertan.
I cant be any more specific about this yet.
