#Start just does a blind call out to the OS asking for a file to be played. #MediaPlay tells the Toolkit that it should keep track of what happens to the file after it starts playing.

WinAmp doesn't seem to be completely OLE compliant, so the mp3 may not loop. If you set MS-media player as your default mp3 player it would probably work perfectly (but who wants to set ms-media player as the default?)
