Hi! New to the board, so I don't know if this question
has already been addressed. I downloaded the new version
of the Toolkit and put it in its own directory (by the
way, I've downloaded twice, so I don't think it corrupted,
or if it did, it's a repetitive thing, so I can't help it).
I called the directory C:\downloads\toolkit2. I extracted
the thing using EasyZip (just in case there are any known
issues with EasyZip). I used the install program built into
it to install the kit. The first time around, everything
went OK.
Until I OPENED the thing, and found out that it froze at
the splash screen. I promptly went back to the setup
program to try reinstalling. It went past the "I Agree"
screen, but stopped. "Runtime error 339, dirbrowse.ocx not
correctly registered, file is missing or invalid." It didn't
happen the first time I installed, but has happened every
subsequent time.
OK, second time around I did the same thing. Except THIS
time, I thought of the setup.inf file and checked it out.
It mentioned the C:\toolkit2 directory, so I thought I
would move it all to that directory. It didn't work.
So ultimately, my questions are: Is dirbrowse.ocx corrupted?
If it is, where can I get it by itself? (it takes a long time
to download on my computer) Anyone else had this problem?
I appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Elahna
