Quite simple really. First they take a screenshot of the ROM and save it as a .bmp, .jpg or .gif. Then they go to the Toolkit and go to the import tiles menu. They open the image import and there are new tiles!! Then they simply add all of the tiles to a tileset and your all fnished!
