To run from the C:\Toolkit2 folder, install it there.
Chris has some work ahead to (A good idea too) add
configuration files so the Toolkit will be able to
run from any folder the install program placed it
in. Chris, this would be something to work on.
There are bugs when you install it to a different
folder than C:\Toolkit2
