I got an idea for an ingenious new pair of commands!

My idea is #DrawCircle and #FillCircle. It works
the same way as #DrawRect and #FillRect, BUT I
DON'T GOT ANY IDEA ON HOW I'M SUPPOSED TO CODE
IT'S SYNTAX! Anybody is free to try it, But I
suggest Chris does it. If it was done with #Method
it would be slow, that's my guess.
