This is what i do:
In the Main File Editor, where the fighting column is, click [edit...]. It allows you to use a PRG in place of the internal battle system.
Good luck on the battle system! I know how frustrating it can be..

As for your menusystem, i did see it, and it is a very original idea.. i would have never thought of using a board! *VERY* nice touch, bud!
