two bugs I found and a question

-A friend of mine tried to download the
RPG toolkit, but while downloading he
got a GPF or a virus. What caused this?
It downloaded in 20 minutes without a
single problem!
-Also, why can't I display !'s in my
Message Windows? they just display a
Zero!
-What does the #MediaPlay command do?
