When you get an account with internic, you get a domain. You can change the domain's dns entry, that is, which server on the internet it points to.
This is not cloaking. The server that it points to must have a dns entry for your domain, so once you arrive at the server the domain sends to to, the server acts like it is 'rpgtoolkit.com', or whatever.
You need to get a server that supports domain names. www.virtualave.net does this for free.
